A couple of quick explanations. In reality, Hayden and The Instant Classic didn't join until early May. And Hayden's original characters were Leonardo Spanky, The Miz, and JTG. My explanation here is that Tank took Matt Hardy early, allowing the Hardyz angle to start around or after One Night Stand. Hayden gets Low Ki sooner than originally planned, which makes Ki a major player right off the bat. Cryme Tyme isn't affected, since TTS generally wrote them both anyway. Smackdown, we'll get to that.
People who joined and did nothing aren't represented. I'm being generous by throwing Cthulhu on there, because he never promoed once. In fact, Goldust is non-taken. Maybe Eli tag's him.
SnS and I have all our guys on Smackdown because the draft allowed us to. It'll balance out down the line.
EDIT: Also, Above Average didn't pick up anyone officially until May. But he was already writing stuff for Katie Lea at this point, and doing small promos with The Cool Connection. I don't remember who he was going to take on Smackdown if I didn't drop R-Truth(I think it may have been Brie Bella), and I'm not sure yet if I'm keeping both Truth and Mickie. So we'll have to wait and see on that.
Coming soon, the first installment...

The Gimmicks
So before I start the booking, I want to introduce our cast and their characters. This is where they were at the start of the story. Any changes or additions will be mentioned in the actual booking.
Raw
We'll start with the top tier. These guys will be the guys mainly competing in main events. Most PPVs will feature some combination of these guys in the main event. Raw's main eventers include:
Batista - In the beginning, Batista is pretty much exactly how he was portrayed during his initial World Heavyweight Championship run. The suave, smart top babyface. Well, not top face, but definitely someone who will be a roleplayer.
Big Show - Big Show is Ted DiBiase's right hand man, selected to come to Raw using the manual draft pick Raw won at WrestleMania 25. While DiBiase intends to use him to gain control of the WWE Championship, he has also sent his monster into the tag team division, alongside The Great Khali.
Chris Jericho - Jericho started the year by winning the World Tag Team Championship with Randy Orton, but by WrestleMania, he was relegated to the battle royal featuring everyone not already booked. Right out of the gate, Jericho ends up in a feud with The Undertaker, while also nurturing a side feud with Raw GM Ted DiBiase. Jericho is a tweener, who fights the oppressive authority, while not above backstabbing others to further his own goals.
Edge - The Rated R Superstar and The Ultimate Opportunist, Edge comes to Raw from Smackdown. Having not had much success during the first three months of 2009, a change of scenery may be just what it takes to get Edge the WWE Championship once again.
JBL - Not much has changed between real life JBL and the JBL presented here. Perhaps the biggest difference is this JBL is far more ruthless and not shy about throwing his money around to get his own way.
Shawn Michaels - Already a 3-time WWE Champion and the incumbent Champion, Michaels has the biggest target on his back. Big Show, The Undertaker, JBL, and Jericho all want his title, not to mention numerous challengers on the other brands.
The Undertaker - Coming out of WrestleMania, all three members of the WrestleMania main event are on Raw. The Undertaker wants another shot at Michaels, but DiBiase wants to control the Championship. So to keep The Undertaker preoccupied, DiBiase pits him and Jericho against one another for most of the spring.
Now we have the mid-card, where the core of the roster resides. These are the guys who will be fighting over the Hardcore Championship. The people listed here are the guys who are getting pushed.
The Brian Kendrick - At WrestleMania, Kendrick lost the United States Championship to R-Truth, then disappeared from television completely. Will The Man With The Plan resurface on Raw?
D'Lo Brown - Coming out of WrestleMania, D'Lo has lost his feud with JBL. But with a new title and new opponents on Raw, is this The Real Deal's time to shine?
Elijah Burke - Burke hasn't been doing much since his regular tag team partner, Mark Henry, won the Royal Rumble. But a fresh start on Raw could be just what The Black Pope needs to take back control of his career.
Kofi Kingston - Kofi serves two purposes on this roster. In addition to being one half of the World Tag Team Champions with Sweet Papi Sanchez, Kofi is also an extra babyface to throw into the Hardcore Title scene on occasion.
Paul Burchill - A former Intercontinental Champion, Burchill hasn't been the same since dropping the belt to Tommy Dreamer back in January. With William Regal's Empire all but a memory, Burchill must now go it alone and try to make something happen.
Shelton Benjamin - Following an all-too-brief reunion with Charlie Haas, The Gold Standard returns to the singles ranks in hopes of capturing the Hardcore Championship, the only one of the current singles titles he has yet to hold.
Tommy Dreamer - An ECW Superstar up until this point, Dreamer comes out of WrestleMania having regained his Hardcore Championship in a brutal triple threat match. But now he goes from being respected by the ECW locker room to hunted by the Raw locker room, including the likes of JBL, Chris Jericho, and Paul Burchill, all of whom he has already had run-ins with. And it doesn't take him long to raise the ire of General Manager Ted DiBiase, either.
Now we have the tag team division. In some cases, there will be guys pulling double duty as both singles and one half of a tag team.
The Cool Connection - Originally paired as a throwaway duo on ECW, Sim Snuka and Ricardo Ortiz, along with their manager, Lakisha Lin, are looking to be taken more seriously on Raw.
Kofi Kingston and Sweet Papi Sanchez - The reigning World Tag Team Champions, this is your high-flying babyface tandem. At WrestleMania, they were able to defeat both The World's Greatest Tag Team and Team PunkSaw to retain their belts, but now they face new competition, namely The New Colossal Connection...
The New Colossal Connection - Brought together by Ted DiBiase, Big Show and The Great Khali may pose the biggest threat Kofi and Papi have faced so far as Champions.
Deimos and Phobos - At the beginning of 2009, The Undertaker kidnapped Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder and molded them into his minions. Now they join their master on Raw, where they look to capture Championship gold once again.
And that leaves the women's division. It's assumed that all Divas are on call for in-ring competition at this point, so here we'll cover the notable contenders:
Jillian Hall - Returning after a stint on Smackdown, Jillian has taken to using drugs, emulating Amy Winehouse as coked-up pop star.
Lakisha Lin - Formerly known as Angela Fong in FCW, Lakisha quickly found running buddies in The Cool Connection, playing the role of Cherry, complete with roller skates and poodle skirts.
Ms. Cash - Ted DiBiase's ambitious and devious secretary. While ever loyal to her employer, Jenny Cash is not content to sit behind a desk, having already made several runs at the Women's Championship, including a decent showing in the WrestleMania Cash-in-the-Vault match.
Natalya - Coming over to Raw from Smackdown, Natalya is pretty much exactly the same here as she was at this point IRL.
Smackdown
Smackdown's a little trickier, in that it's main event and mid-card tend to blend together at times. As such, the singles guys here will be listed all together.
Carlito - While he mostly teams with his brother, Primo, Carlito is a babyface we can plug into the US Title scene as needed. There's not much of a difference between RL Carlito and this Carlito.
Charlie Haas - While he's mainly seen as a tag team guy, Haas is a former Intercontinental Champion and can also serve a role as a singles wrestler when needed. We'll get more into his gimmick when we cover the tag team division.
CM Punk - Punk is here as his snarky self, though not not nearly at the level we'd see him at down the line. After spending most of his time on Raw in tag teams, the former World Heavyweight Champion is looking to net some more singles gold over on Smackdown.
Colt Cabana - Another tag team guy who can play a role as a singles competitor. As seems to be the norm for Smackdown, Colt doesn't change much from his actual character.
John Morrison - One of the most accomplished guys in the early days of WWE FAN. While Morrison and Miz will be busy defending the WWE Tag Team titles, don't be surprised if we split them up occasionally.
Kane - We'll get more into character when we look at tag teams, but Kane is someone who can definitely be a roleplayer here.
Kenny Dykstra - Though he's the Women's Champion, I'm including him with the men here. Kenny is one of WWE FAN's more infamous characters, having been granted a title match by crazy Vince McMahon. At the Royal Rumble, Kenny hit his head and thought he was a woman named Kerry. At WrestleMania, another bump on the head led to split-personality disorder and Kenny/Kerry often switching back and forth mid-promo.
Mark Henry - Another rather infamous character from the early days. Henry won the 2009 Royal Rumble, but due to blowing all his money on junk food, was forced to sell his WrestleMania title shot to Ted DiBiase. Naturally, this leads to a rather ornery World's Strongest Man coming to Smackdown after the Draft.
The Miz - While not as successful as his tag team partner, the other half of the WWE Tag Team Champions can still be a threat in singles competition.
MVP - At WrestleMania, MVP won the Money in the Bank Ladder match. Following WrestleMania, he turned heel on his tag team partner R-Truth, forming an alliance with Theodore Long and Mr. Braddock, while promising more will soon follow him.
Mr. Kennedy - Not seen since unceremoniously dropping the US Title to The Brian Kendrick weeks before WrestleMania, when and where will the arrogant Mr. Kennedy resurface?
R-Truth - Definitely Smackdown's breakout star, Truth finally won the US Title at WrestleMania. And along with a feud with MVP ahead of him, Truth also holds a guaranteed WWE Championship match, earned by completing Mr. McMahon's Five Chances At Glory Challenge.
Randy Orton - After a brief run as World Tag Team Champion alongside Chris Jericho, Orton developed into the Viper character prominent on RL WWE TV at the time. At WrestleMania, Orton began a feud with Triple H, after DDTing Stephanie McMahon on the concrete floor.
Triple H - The first WWE Champion of the FAN era, Triple H has usually been a major player. At WrestleMania, he helped his father-in-law retain control of the company, but also began a blood feud with Randy Orton.
William Regal - The former Raw General Manager, as well as the man behind the Million Dollar Mania stage collapse, Regal comes to Smackdown, intent on jump-starting his singles career, despite being an enemy of the McMahon Family.
So here are our tag teams:
The Colons - Practically no difference from their RL counterparts.
John Morrison and The Miz - Ditto. Don't fix what ain't broken.
The New Kung Fu Thrillas - After Kung Fu Khali was drafted to Smackdown, Kung Fu Naki sought out a new protege. Could Charlie Haas be the right man to carry on the legacy of the Kung Fu Thrillas? Time will tell.
The Remnants - OK, so Kane, Ezekiel, and Jezebel were the last remaining members of The Ministry to still be on Smackdown. So the three joined up for some of the weirdest shit this fed had seen at the time. Which is saying something. Kane was basically a pyromaniac, while Ezekiel would randomly slap himself with inanimate objects. We'll cover Jezebel in the Divas section.
YangBana - Another team that started off as a filler duo, this pair actually held the WWE Tag Team Championship for a cup of coffee back in November.
And now, the Divas. All three of them.
Beth Phoenix - Depressed at her inability to regain the Women's Champion, Beth has taken to drowning her sorrows in giant tubs of ice cream, causing her to bloat up to well over 200 pounds very quickly. Will the added weight be an advantage, or a detriment for the Glamazon?
JezeBella - The former Nikki Bella is now one of the Remnants, the one who laughs and cries for no good reason during their promos.
Mickie James - Ms. Cash-in-the-Vault, Mickie has been going through some relationship stress as of late. Who is the mysterious "John" she keeps mentioning, and will this distract her from her goal regaining the Women's Championship?
ECW
So, there actually is a bit of a hierarchy here, with a few major names valued above the rest. But like Smackdown, we'll list the singles guys together, for simplicity's sake.
Chavo Guerrero - A huge success story in WWE FAN, Chavo went from being on a major losing streak to defeating The Big Show and his Aunt Vickie at WrestleMania. But how will the ECW General Manager respond to her WrestleMania loss, and with Show now on Raw, who will she find to do her bidding?
Christian - Since returning to the WWE, Captain Charisma has bided his time, competing in the Money in the Bank ladder match, but not winning. Now that he's on ECW, will he finally break the glass ceiling?
Cody Rhodes - The Intercontinental Champion, now free of Ted DiBiase's rulership. Cody, at one time a cross-dresser, returns to his old gimmick, but adds a stripper routine to the mix for added flavor.
Dolph Ziggler - After an unsuccessful bid for the Hardcore Championship at WrestleMania, Ziggler has enlisted Jack Swagger's help to chase the Tag Team Championship. But losing at WrestleMania seems to have put a strain on Dolph's marriage, as Rosa shows up on TV sporting a small, but noticeable bruise on her arm.
Hurricane Helms - A former WWE Tag Team Champion with Mr. Kennedy, Helms looks for a fresh start on ECW, while also reuniting with some old friends in The Hardy Boyz.
Jack Swagger - Swagger has joined up with Dolph Ziggler to form The Hollywood Blondes 3.0 in an attempt to capture the Extreme Tag Team Championship. Swagger is, for better or worse, the comedic relief of this tag team.
Jeff Hardy - Upon being drafted to ECW, Jeff seems to hover on the edge of sanity, adopting the gimmick of deranged painter, drawing elaborate pictures prior to matches, and painting smiley faces on his opponents afterwards. He also has regular conversations with his dead mother.
Low Ki - The asskicker we all know and love. That's all there is to him and all there needs to be for now.
Matt Hardy - While Jeff is the crazy one, Matt is the more violent of the Hardy brothers. While the Hardys as a tandem are no more, Matt seems to look to manipulate his brother for his own purposes.
Mike Knox - ECW's Captain Caveman and the resident loose cannon, Knox followed up a brutal WrestleMania triple threat by subjecting himself to all sorts of physical harm, including getting in a car accident on purpose, to prepare for a stretcher match, which would end up being canceled. He's insane, guys.
Rey Mysterio - The resident Luchadore, what lies ahead for Rey-Rey on ECW?
Santino Marella - Santino is basically what he would soon become in RL, a comedy babyface.
Shad Gaspard - While still part of Cryme Tyme and seeking the Extreme Tag Team Championship, the former Raw General Manager will occasionally strike out on his own to chase the Intercontinental Championship.
Tag Teams:
Cryme Tyme - A more violent version of what was on TV at the time.
European Conquest - Makeshift filler team I put together because the were both from Europe. Yes, that's the amount of thought that went into this back then.
Evan Bourne and Rey Mysterio - The high-fliers.
The Hollywood Blondes 3.0 - The cowardly heels of the ECW tag team roster.
Jesse and Festus - The Extreme Tag Team Champions, having regained the titles at WrestleMania in a fatal 4-way match, they were drafted to ECW to replace Miz and Morrison.
And the Divas:
Katie Lea Burchill - After moving from Raw to ECW in the draft, Katie looks to get another shot at the Women's Championship after coming up short in a fatal 4-way at WrestleMania.
Rosa Ziggler - Dolph Ziggler's wife, formerly Rosa Mendes. While at first the couple was happily married, WrestleMania may have strained their marriage, as the honeymoon certainly appears to be over.
The TnT Bunnies(Teresa Matheson, Kelly Kelly, Michelle McCool) - All lumped into one group, since there's not much to Kelly or Michelle here. Teresa, formerly Tiffany's ally, finds herself at odds with her former friend and the Women's Champion.
Tiffany - ECW's "dumb blonde" who somehow talks in internet speak. I mean it. Like, toates. Shortly before WrestleMania, Tiffany aligned herself with Kerry Dykstra. With this alliance still in play, will Tiffany continue to pose a challenge for her former friend Teresa Matheson?
So, I'm gonna call it a night, but this should give you an idea of what was happening and what's to come...

April
So coming out of the draft, we have two weeks before our first PPV, ECW's One Night Stand. We'll get to the booking of that show, but first, let's cover the first two weeks of booking for Raw and Smackdown.
Raw
Week One In the main event scene, we have two principal feuds taking place, Shawn Michaels vs. JBL and Chris Jericho vs. The Undertaker. For the main event of the first Raw, JBL and Undertaker defeat Jericho and Michaels in a standard tag team bout.
In the mid-card, Ted DiBiase looks to make Tommy Dreamer's run on Raw as unpleasant as possible. Former Intercontinental Champion Paul Burchill, no stranger to Dreamer, is the first to step up to the plate and challenge the Hardcore Champion. On the first Raw, Burchill defeats Hacksaw Duggan, while Dreamer beats DH Smith.
The Brian Kendrick resurfaces, but in his first match back, is soundly defeated by Batista. Shelton Benjamin picks up a win over Elijah Burke in his return to singles action.
In tag team action, The New Colossal Connection defeat The Cool Connection in their debut as a tag team. Afterwards, DiBiase announces that his handpicked duo will challenge for the World Tag Team Championship next week.
In the women's division, Jillian Hall defeats old ECW rival Alicia Fox.
Week Two Ted DiBiase books two main events, Shawn Michaels vs. an opponent of JBL's choosing, and Chris Jericho vs. Deimos and Phobos in a handicap match. He also announces that next week, there will be a number one contenders match for the WWE Championship at Vengeance. JBL will face The Undertaker, but if Jericho wins his match, he will be added, making it a triple threat.
As it turns out, Jericho does defeat The Ministry, forcing Deimos to submit to the Walls of Jericho. After the match, The Undertaker destroys Jericho and leaves him laying. In the other main event, Shawn Michaels is savagely dissected by Umaga, yet wins by disqualification when JBL has to get a few shots of his own in.
Dreamer and Burchill collide, with Burchill and Benjamin defeating Dreamer and D'Lo. Meanwhile, The Brian Kendrick is thrashed by Edge.
The New Colossal Connection captures the World Tag Team Championship, when Big Show pins Sanchez after a Chokeslam.
Natalya and Maryse defeat Jillian and Melina in Divas tag team action.
Smackdown
Week One The first post-draft main event is an all-star eight man tag team match, which sees William Regal, John Morrison, The Miz, and Mark Henry defeat Triple H, John Cena, CM Punk, and R-Truth. Regal scores the pin on Truth, putting him in contention for a United States Championship match.
Randy Orton's debut on Smackdown is a victory over Finlay.
The Remnants defeat Kung Fu Naki and Charlie Haas in their debut as a team. Meanwhile, MVP and Mr. Braddock pick up a victory over YangBana.
In women's action, Beth Phoenix, added weight and all, defeats Brie Bella, while Mickie James picks up a win over Layla.
Week Two In the main event, Triple H defeats Regal in a WrestleMania rematch of sorts, while in another match with top billing, Miz and Morrison defeat Cena and Punk.
Rowdy Roddy Piper announces an elimination chase to determine the number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship. In the first match, The Remnants defeat Carlito and Primo, YangBana, and Kung Fu Naki and Charlie Haas, when Kane pins Haas. Three teams remain.
Mark Henry defeats Finlay, while MVP promises to reveal his new student in the coming weeks.
Mickie James beats JezeBella, while Beth Phoenix picks up a win over Eve Torres. Next week, Beth and Mickie will meet one on one...
ECW
With two weeks to build to One Night Stand, the first week is built around a one night tournament to decide the number one contender for the WWE Championship. Low Ki makes his debut in the tournament, defeating Goldust in round one. Hurricane Helms beats Santino Marella, while Shad Gaspard picks up a win over Evan Bourne, and Jeff Hardy beats Christian. In the semifinals, Helms beats Low Ki, while Hardy beats Shad. In the final, Helms beats Hardy to earn the title shot. With the theme of the PPV being all gimmick matches, Helms and Michaels are set to go to war in a ladder match.
With the World Title match set, the rest of the card is filled out on the go-home show. Mike Knox, who had been set to receive a rematch against Tommy Dreamer prior to the draft, will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Intercontinental Championship, in a Caribbean Barbed Wire Match. Jesse and Festus will defend the Extreme Tag Team Championship against The Hollywood Blondes 3.0 and Cryme Tyme in an elimination tables match.
In the Women's division, a three-way cage match is scheduled between Tiffany, Teresa Matheson, and Kenny Dykstra for the Women's Championship. And a four-way match is also announced, between Katie Lea Burchill, Candice Michelle, Kelly Kelly, and Rosa Ziggler.
The rest of the card consists mostly of rematches, including a Submissions Only match between Goldust and Low Ki, a Chairs match between Christian and Jeff Hardy, and a tag team match pitting Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne against European Conquest.
One Night Stand Jeff Hardy def. Christian Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne def. European Conquest Katie Lea Burchill def. Rosa Ziggler, Kelly Kelly, and Candice Michelle Low Ki def. Goldust Mike Knox def. Cody Rhodes to win the Intercontinental Championship Kenny Dykstra def. Tiffany and Teresa Matheson to retain the Women's Championship; after the match, Tiffany turned on Kenny and rejoined the TnT Bunnies The Hollywood Blondes 3.0 def. Jesse and Festus, and Cryme Tyme, to win the Extreme Tag Team Championship Shawn Michaels def. Hurricane Helms to retain the WWE Championship
