For the past month, I have tried to make my case for being at Wrestlemania.
My accomplishments in this ring have earned me the right to be at wrestlemania.
I have made aware to the *finger quotes* Management of their oversight of leaving me off the Wrestlemania Card.
I issued a challenged for a Tag Team title shot... But was denied
I issued a challenged for a Money in the Bank slot... but I was pitted against my own tag team partner
I issued a challenge to that joke of an IC Champion Virgil Rhodes, but it seemed to have slipped through the perverbial cracks
I have been passive,
I have been agressive.
I have challenged.
I have asked.
I have pleaded.
I had been promised a spot in the WM battle royal. Not exactly what I had in mind, but I was ready to take out my frustrations on the rest of the Wrestlemania leftovers...
And while in the back, I see a commercial for Wrestlemania... and most notably the Battle Royal... and what do I find out? They have left me out again!
I have been ignored.
I have been decieved.
and I have been lied to for the last time.
Vince... I know you can hear me... and I don't care about your family squabbles... I want to have a face to face... talk... with you on ECW... Don't even THINK about not showing up.
*Orton drops the mic and leaves the ring*

*Orton saunters down to the ring in normal fasion and grabs a mic*
Vince.... Its time... Time for you to get down here and explain yourself. Its time for you to get your ass down to this ring ....right....now...
*waits an uncomfortably long time - crowd begins to boo*
I'm not going anywhere Vince... I can stand here all...
*Mr. McMahon walks out in his usual business suit... mic in hand. He stops at the top of the ramp. There is a mixed reaction from the crowd.*
Randy Orton... JUST WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! You're demanding that I... Vincent Kennedy McMahan... explain myself?
Fine, we'll do it your way. First I'm going to explain what I'm about to do. You.... are a Raw Superstar, and this... is ECW. You have no business being here. So boys... please go get that man out of MY ring.
*Security comes out and goes down to ringside. Orton tries to prevent them from coming in the ring. On the opposite side of the ring a security guard slips under the bottom rope, Orton sees this, rushes over and punts him in the head. At the moment of contact, the rest of the security enter the ring. Orton tries to fight them off but they quickly overpower him. They pin him down and put him in cuffs. They walk him out of the ring and back up the ramp.*
Hold on a second guys.
*Gets right in Orton's face*
You wanted a face to face... so here it is.... Let me explain some more of how we got to this point. Your recent actions show that you have no reguards to the other competitors in the WCWWE. So for their safety ... and yours, Randy... *Orton tries to lunge at McMahon, but the security hold him in place* ... we left you off the Wrestlemania card. It is much too big of an event to have a loose cannon a part of it.
And just to make sure you don't get involved with any of the matches.... You are... SUSPENDED... until after Wrestlemania! *Cheers*
Now, get his ass out of my arena!
Wrestlemania 03/27/09
*Different camera angles and camera pans show the excited crowd in attendance. Several signs are shown of fans supporting their favorite wrestlers. During one of the pans... the camera cuts back suddenly*
OH MY GOD!! ITS ORTON! What's he doing here?! He's suspended!!
*Orton is shown walking through the fans down one of the aisles with popcorn in one hand and a mega-cup soda in the other. When he reaches the railing around the ring he is met by security. They mention that Orton is suspended and cannot be a part of Wrestlemania.
Orton whips out a front row ticket and states "I'm not a wrestler tonight. I'm a fan. You can't suspend me from being a fan. And if you try, I'll sue... "
Security looks defeated in the fact that there is nothing they can do. They tell him if he gets involved in any way, that he'll be thrown out. Orton agrees, sits down and eats some popcorn. He turns to the kid next to him, and steals his juju fruits, causing the kid to cry.
*later that evening*
At the finish of the McMahon match:
*Regal pulls HHH outside the ring and throws him into the steel steps. Regal sets HHH up for the running knee strike.
Stephanie runs around the ring trying to stop Regal from doing this... but never makes it... Orton grabbed her hair as she ran by and is not letting go. There is a look of horror in stephanies face. He pulls her close and puts her in a head lock. Orton pulls her over the railing just enough to leave her feet hooked on the railing.
Meanwhile Regal charges HHH, but HHH recovers and counters Regal, giving him a AA spinebuster right on the ring steps.
HHH looks up just in time to see Orton deliver the spike DDT to Stephanie onto the concrete. Security arrives right after this and restrain Orton. HHH is livid. He tries to get at Orton but security is holding him back. Orton is taken out of the arena with HHH in pursuit as several officials and security staff try to keep them apart.

*The crowd erupts!*
HHH is in street clothes as he makes his way down to the ring. He doesn't do any of his normal entrance type activities. He seems pretty serious.
He enters the ring and grabs a mic... then stands there, seemingly trying to settle down before speaking.
Last night was suppose to be one of those moments... One of those moments that you live through that you get to tell your kids.... get to tell you grandkids... for years to come.
Standing side by side with your tag team partner, your boss, your father-in-law... against those that would appose you... trying to take everything you had accomplished... and when the smoke clears... you stand victorious. It was suppose to be one of those moments.
But Randy Orton.. *Crowd Boos loudly* Randy Orton took that away from me.
It was well documented that he had his issues with Vince McMahon. Feeling like he deserved something that wasn't given to him. And I cannot fault Orton for what he did in the days before wrestlemania... In the past I would have done the same thing. But his actions at Wrestlemania were reprehensible!
On a day that was suppose to be a highlight of my career... Orton inserts himself into the situation, and attacks Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, my wife, in the most cowardly act I have ever witnessed. And when I should have been in the ring celebrating our victory... instead I was in the back worried about my wife...
He took an issue he had with the owner of the company, Vince McMahon, and physically attacked part of Vince's family in an attempt to get back at him.
But he didn't take one thing into consideration.... ME!
Orton... by your actions... this is no longer just an issue with the boss... its become personal!
So... you better be ready on Raw... cause i'm coming... and i'm bringing a good friend of mine....
*HHH walks out without music*

By now, you all should have heard of what transpired at Wrestlemania... I kicked the ass of that no good son of mine SHANE MCMAHON! While it breaks my heart to see what he's become, beating him definately helped to ease that pain a litte!
Now for the reason I'm here tonight... Cameramen early caught the arrival of HHH tonight. *crowd cheers* ...but i'm sorry to inform you that you won't be seeing HHH on Raw tonight *boos*
We have brands for a reason. As I mentioned last week on ECW, Wrestlers need to stay on their own brand, with the exception of our Undisputed and Women's champions. It has come to my attention that there are several superstars that are not heeding to these boundries. Well, that is going to stop...right now. And HHH was the first to adhere to this. And he will reluctantly lead by example. If I tell HHH, my own son-in-law, that he has to stay on his own brand, that shows that this applies to everyone.
On to my next point of business... Something else happened at Wrestlemania that needs to be addressed. Randy Orton, who was suspended and prohibited from interfering in any of the matches at Wrestlemania, not only got involved but also attacked my daughter, HHH's Wife, and Vice President of WCWWE. So Orton is hereby indefinately suspended from action, and will not be allowed in any WCWWE event until the suspension has been lifted. Thank you for your time...

[/center]Interviewer: Welcome WCWWE fans to the home of WCWWE Superstar Randy Orton. I am here now with him and his lovely wife, Samantha. Tell me, how has the last two weeks affected you.
Its been tough. As you can see, we are fine financially. Money isn't everything. I am not a WCWWE superstar for the money. I am not a WCWWE superstar for the fame. I am a WCWWE superstar for one reason. To be the best in the business. I am a perfectionist. Which means nothing but being the best will do. And I know that I am the best, my wife knows that I am the best, and the guys in the locker room damn sure know that I am the best.
Then why did you attack your employer, the McMahon family?
They were holding me back from my goal. The McMahon family make the matches, give title opprotinities, and basically dictate who THEY THINK should be their top stars. And they will do anything in their power to prevent others from getting in their way of this plan. Just look at their history.
They tried to stop the "Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels because he was a delinquent
They tried to stop "Stone Cold" Steve Austin cause he refused to bend to McMahon's will
They tried to stop Triple H cause he married their daughter behind their backs
They tried to stop the Rock cause he wasn't Triple H, their son-in-law
All of these men were better than the McMahon's wanted to LET them be. And each of them stood up to their employers to get what they deserved. I'm doing exactly the same thing, and for some reason I am considered the bad guy here.
But you attacked Stephanie McMahon Helmsley, Triple H's Wife, how can you condone such an action?
I did NOT attack Triple H's wife. I attacked WWE's Executive Vice President, Creative Development & Operations... my "boss". It was just business. Steph is a big girl now. At least Vince thinks she is, since he gave her such a high position in the company. She should be able to handle herself in her job. If not, then she doesn't need to be there.
I just did what any of the other men I listed, including Triple H himself, would have done in the same situation.

Sometime after the interview with Randy Orton and his family, it has been reported that Triple H showed up at Orton's residence with a sledgehammer and forced his way into the home. He attacked Orton and wrecked his house. Policemen arrived on scene and arrested HHH for breaking into the home. WCWWE cameraman caught some of the action, but the video was confiscated for evidence. All we were able to obtain was the following photograph.

Greetings WCWWE fans. Due to recent actions on this past Smackdown, we informed Triple H, Vince McMahon, and the WCWWE franchise that my client Randy Orton intended to press charges against all three.
WCWWE board of directors met with me and my client to discuss these charges. As a result of that meeting, a settlement was made.
Randy Orton will not press charges against Triple H, WCWWE or any of its employees on the agreement that his suspension be lifted immediately and he can return to work.
Randy Orton will be back on Smackdown next week to address the WCWWE nation on his return to the ring.

*Boos*
*Randy Orton walks out and stands at the top of the ramp. He soaks in the hate generating from the crowd. A drink flies past him, missing him by quite a bit. After a few moments he turns back to the entryway and signals. A large crew of police officers appear, being led down by a solitary man in a suit holding a clipboard. Upon closer inspection, we find out the man is the lawyer that appeared on WCWWE.com. The lawyer and Randy Orton walk side by side until they reach the ring where Randy enter the ring and climbs a turnbuckle to take in more of the crowd hate. The lawyer supervises the policemen, and get them to surround the ring. Then tells five of them to enter the ring with him and Randy Orton. He hands Randy Orton a microphone.
*The music stops and the boos are deafening*
Ah... It's good to be back in the ring... but i'm getting the feeling that a few of you don't agree. *more boos* That's ok though. When I was on Raw, it was no secret that I didn't get along with the fans over there. But now that I'm on smackdown, I can go ahead and tell you... that I REALLY hate you guys. *LOUD BOOS* You cheer for the man that has been sthingy fed his accomplishments his entire career. And if not for his wife, he wouldn't even be in this business today.
Speaking of Mrs. Helmsly... Hunter, you claimed that you didn't get your wrestlemania moment, and that's too bad... heh, I wasn't even in a match, and I had one HELL of a wrestlemania moment... The moment I grabbed Stephanie by her long...soft...gorgeous hair... and wrapped my arm around her young, beautiful neck... and drove her pretty little face right down to the ground! *BOOS*
That was MY.... wrestlemania moment. And hunter, I...
*The crowd EXPLODES!* HHH appears at the entry way and makes his way down to the ring. When he gets to the ring he punches a few of the officers and slides into the ring... the five officers in the ring grab hold of HHH and don't let him get any closer, HHH continues to struggle against them.
Lawyer:Triple H, as a result of your attack on the Orton residence, I have here a restraining order. If you harm Mr. Orton, his family, or damage any of his belongings you will be sent to jail for a minimum of 60 days.
HHH hears this and stops trying to break free from the policemen.
Ok guys, you can let him go now, he's not going to do anything now. Cause if he does, he knows he'll be in jail... and noone would be there to protect HIS family in case anything were to ever happen to them. That would be unfortunate... wouldn't it Hunter?
HHH is irate at Orton about this, but is powerless to do anything.
So here's the deal. If you think for a SECOND that i believe that me being here on Smackdown now was just a coincidence, you are dead WRONG... I know you had a hand in it, HHH... well, sorry to ruin your plan. With this restraining order, you can't touch me. Not during a match, not in the backstage area, not while i'm eating, nothing, nowhere, no how.
So tell me...how well am I... at playing the Game?
*The two stare at each other as we go to commercial break*
---- Later that night
HHH is show in the back wrecking an office. He has a sledgehammer and has desks desks, tables, pictures, etc. Vince McMahon walkes in.
Hunter, STOP IT! What the hell do you think you are doing!?
*Seething* Randy Orton is here, on smackdown, right within my.... And threatening my ... and I can't do anything about it! *Throws the sledgehammer thru the wall leaving a sledgehammer shaped hole in the wall*
Hunter, calm down for a few minutes. You are the cerebral assassin. There is always a way to get these things done. Now think, all the restraining order does is keep YOU from laying a finger on Orton...
*hunter thinks about this for a few seconds... then a small smile appears across his face. The scene fades to black*

Stipulation: Mr. Kennedy can't be disqualified, and Randy Orton has to pin Kennedy for a 5 count.
Result: Orton wins, but barely able to walk out on his own power.

Joey Styles: Hello WCWWE universe. I'm Joey Styles. And with me today is Randy Orton.
Randy, this past smackdown you were shown coming down to ringside during HHH's match with MVP. Video replay shows that you threw MVP a chair which he tried to use on HHH. With your restraining order on HHH, wouldnt it be wise to tread lightly as not to "physically provoke" HHH and thus nullifying the restraining order?"
That is proposterous Joey. Management is trying to do to MVP what they are doing to me. MVP is another guy who has been held back, and held back, and held back. And he was able to finally break that glass ceiling and become the WCWWE. And what does he get as a thank you? Three tough opponents right out the gate. And while I think that MVP should have no problem with those guys, he did look a little tired. So I decided I would bring him a chair so that he could rest for a few minutes. It was just a mere coincidence that it happened to be during his match with HHH.
But what does HHH do? He got jealous... jealous that MVP had something else that he didn't have... so he stole the chair from MVP and then used it against him when he pedigreed our champ face first onto it. And what did the ref do? Nothing. Why? Cause he's a puppet... he's controlled by the same higher ups that are trying to keep me from reaching the same plateau that MVP has attained.
They keep putting me in matches that are heavily favored against me... but I just keep on winning... So, just like MVP... I will get what I deserve!

*Scene opens with Randy Orton sitting in a doctor's office*
Doctor: Randy, you have several bumps and bruises that are still healing. But tests show that there is nothing serious. You also did not suffer a concussion as we had originally thought. While you may feel a little pain, you should be ok to compete tonight.
Doctor, I don't care what you say. I'm not fit to compete. Vince has had me in Handicap matches, hardcore matches, and the like for the past few weeks. My lawyers have been pouring over my contract to find some way to stop Mr. McMahon from putting me in such an unfair, unsafe environment, but they haven't been able to come up with anything yet. I need you to make it so that i'm not clear to wrestle.
I understand your predicament Mr. Orton, but I'm a profressional and I must do my job. Doing so could cost me my job... and I have a family to think about.
*Randy looks peturbed about this... then you can see the perverbial light bulb go off in his head. He pulls the doctor close and whispers something in his ear. The doctor looks shocked and frieghtened.
Now, could you please look at my knee again. I don't think I can walk on it.
*The doctor complies*
Ah yes, I don't know how I could have missed it before. The fact that you were able to get in here under your own accord is a testimate into itself. But I cannot clear you to wrestle tonight. I will let the WCWWE management know of my findings.

*Orton hops up and walks out of the doctors office with no issues*

Vince McMahon: Randy Orton, I have here in my left hand a letter from your doctor, stating that you are not able to compete cause of your knee. That because of the "brutal" matches you have been put in, that you cannot walk on your injured knee.
But... in my other hand... I have a video surveylance tape...And that tape show you exiting the doctors office under your own power.
So while you think you might have been able to take the night off, I've got news for you... You don't!!
And if you don't compete tonight, I WILL be within my legal right to tell you that YOUR FIRED!!!
So I suggest to you that you get ready for tonight... cause you will be in a match... or else....
*Randy Orton is shown backstage in a wheelchair watching a monitor. Once Vince was done Randy gets out of the chair, pushes the monitor off the table, turns the table over, grabs the wheelchair and throws it against the wall.*
*Braddock appears and tells him that MVP would like to speak with him. Orton was hesitant but follows Braddock out of the room.*

Scene fades in on a door with "WCWWE Chairman Vince McMahon" on the door. The door opens and a lawyer emerges and shuts the door behind him. From behind the closed door we here a couple loud CRASHES
The lawyer whips out his phone and begins to dial.

Dewey Chetum here. I just got out of a meeting with Mr. McMahon and I have some great news! We have found a clause in your contract that prevents the McMahon's from treating you differently than any of the other wrestlers. Turns out they knew about it the entire time and pretended not to.

I know. And I thought of that and worked out a deal that Mr. McMahon wasn't too happy about. As compensation for all the illegal acts against you, the settlement was for the following:
First, as you know, they can no longer put you up against uneven competition on a regular basis. This means no more 3 on 1 matches, no more multiple match nights, etc without your consent.
Secondly, becuase they so blatently disreguarded that clause in your contract, it was decided that fair compensation was in order. So next week you will face United States Champion William Regal in a one on one match. There will be no weapons of any type. Just you, Regal and the ref. And if you win, you are guaranteed a US title shot at the next PPV. How does that sound.

I knew you would be happy. I'll call you again when I get back to the office. *leaves*
** Mr. McMahon steps out of his office... with a eerie smile on his face as the scene fades out... **

During the match: Stephanie McMahon Returns! She runs down to the ring and low blows Randy Orton, giving Regal the opprotunity to make the pin.
Result: Regal pins Randy Orton
Post Match: Stephanie low blows Regal, leaving both on the mat as she leaves.

*Randy Orton saunters down to the ring. He enters and takes the mic from William Regal.
A few weeks ago, MVP sent word to me that he wanted to talk. And what he did at that time was to invite me into their little group. While I understand why they did it... i told there that there was NO WAY IN HELL that I would join their little cult. And the reason was simple. I... am Randy Orton. I answer to no man... be it the champ MVP... or the Cult leader Slater. *Stares at the Cult as he finishes this statement*
...but... their goals are same as mine. To rid the WCWWE of this coruption...this disease... the McMahon influence. And when dealing with the McMahons, you have to be ready. As the old saying goes, there is strength in numbers. Since before Wrestlemania, Regal and I have been going up against the McMahons as individuals. But the McMahon's have the power. They even pitted the two of us against each other in an attempt to solve their problems.
Recently, the cult of the light has emerged to confront the McMahons. And even though I don't have any desire to be a part of this group, nor do I care for anyone in it, the enemy of my enemy becomes my ally.
Vince... you relied heavily on being able to pick us off one at a time, to use your power and influence to keep us in our place. But now that we have joined forces in our efforts against you... things are going to get alot harder for you.
...Oh and steph... I thought you would have learned from the last time... I've injured you once alreday... I would recommend staying out of our way...
Vince McMahon makes his way out onto the stage and begins to applaud.
Waow guys, just waow. I'm really feeling all the love in that ring right now. Who'd have thought I could unite people like this eh?
Vince smiles as the Cult, Orton and Regal do not look impressed in the ring.
In any event, since you all seemed to want me to come out here tonight, and you wanted to hear me defend myself, I guess I will.
First of all, I'd like to apologise to the Cult for how much they are being held back. It must truly be awful to main event Smackdown on a weekly basis, have possession of the World Heavyweight title, and have had a chance at becoming Tag champs as well. Not much going for you guys huh? It's a good thing you're so buried on this show that you never get any time to come out and air your grievances.... oh wait... you did just waste the time of everyone in this arena and everyone watching at home for about 20 minutes with that snoozefest.
I notice in the ring right now, Sebastian Slater is standing alongside Theodore Long. That's mighty interesting. You know, I remember I brought Sebastian Slater into WCWWE several months ago, and allowed him to negotiate with all 3 brands in order to try to obtain the best deal for him. Now, Shad Gaspard of Raw didn't seem too impressed, Vickie Guerrero of ECW seemed interested in acquiring his talent though. Where did Long fit in in this? Oh yes, Teddy Long didn't want him anywhere near Smackdown events. He wanted to get rid of him from WCWWE forever. That's why at No Way Out he had Slater face Vladimir Kozlov, the Great Khali and Umaga. Hate to tell ya Seb, but I had nothing to do with any of that. Hope that doesn't make things too awkward in your little clique. I was a little too concerned with figuring out who tried to have me killed in June.
Vince stares at Regal then gets back to his point.
And T-Lo as for firing you, you should maybe change your telephone number, because someone must have impersonated me and told you you were being forced to step down. The first I heard of it was on Smackdown! when you came out and announced you were quitting, which gave me the headache of trying to find a new GM at short notice. Thankfully we got Roddy Piper who has done a helluva job... playa.
Vince turns back to William Regal.

You're still moaning about being fired as General Manager twice. Now, the first time you were fired you were doing ridiculous things like having the lights turned out during Raw main events and abusing your power as GM. Far as I recall though, it was your own fault you lost your position, when you lost to Mr. Kennedy in a You're Fired match. Then my son Shane gave you a second chance at the job - I guess it's obvious now why that happened huh?
On the second attempt, you formed a stable of men around you like Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, JBL and Paul Burchill, and attempted to once again abuse your power to the benefits of you and your cronies. In fact all of your buddies were champions at one point. Then at the Rumble you took it too far, interfering in the championship match and the Rumble match itself. You had to be suspended and removed from your power.
THEN it got even worse because it emerged that you were the one who tried to kill me along with Shane. Shane is gone now, but since you're still here you expect me and my family to not hold some sort of grudge against ya?
Billy, my daughter Stephanie was very upset with you, and took it upon herself to attack you last week on Smackdown! Can you blame her, you sick bastard?
And then there's Randy Orton, a good family friend at the moment eh? Threatening to attack my daughter again? Who in the hell do you think you are? You think you can screw with the McMahon family huh? Well, I assure you my son-in-law Triple H will see to it that you are dealt with in due course, and hell, if I can find some way to teach you a lesson as well, I'll be more than happy to take it you son of a pregnant dog.
Now... now that I've also got some things off my chest, and you have all got stuff off your chests, I have an announcement to make for tonight.
You see tonight there will be a 6 man tag team match as your main event. And it will pit the team of Randy Orton, Her Majesty's Champion William Regal and the WCWWE Champion, MVP.... AGAINST the team of....

WHOA WHOA WHOA there gramps... that alzheimers must be really kicking in right now. Or have you forgotten the little issue of a restraining order I have on Triple H. He attacked my home... my family.... And he's a danger to my well being.
By order of the court, he cannot lay a hand on me unless I physically provoke him. And if YOU try to make that happen, i'll be sure you get sued as well... I'll take this entire company from you if I have to.
So sorry to spoil your "big plans" tonight... but me and haitch in a match tonight? heh... not going to happen...
Well I'll be damned. I actually had forgotten about that Randy. What a shame.
Well, seeing as you can't be anywhere near HHH as a result of that restraining order, I'm going to have to change the match aren't I?
Well then, tonight it will be MVP, and William Regal taking on the team of John Cena and Triple H.
Now Randy I can see you're a little confused right now. You see it's quite simple. I've booked enough matches tonight as it is, and well, I'd estimate that there'll be no air time left for another separate match for you, so I'm going to have to give you the night off, which means you can leave the building right now, and to help you out of here, some security will be escorting you from the premises immediately. Of course this also means you'll not be receiving a paycheque for tonight given you aren't competing.... sorry about that Randy! But hey Orton, that's the price you have to pay to be safe isn't it? Security please escort this man from the premises.
Security come out and take Orton to the back as we cut to a commercial break.

*Randy Orton is shown in the back being escorted by security. They turn the corner and Randy almost runs right into HHH who was waiting on him. They stare into each others eyes... then HHH cracks a smile... takes a drink from his water bottle... then mockingly waves goodbye as security begin to force Orton past HHH and out of the building*
Cole: Welcome to Tuesday Night Smackdown! everybody!
Striker: What a show we have in store for you tonight. We will be seeing some epic battles, including the Women’s champion in action in a mixed tag team match. But is it 2 females vs. A male and a female, or are the sides even?
Cole: The WCWWE Champ is in action as well, in addition to a Cult of the Light vs. Resistance 6 man tag team contest. And who knows what else might happen!

We go to the ring where William Regal is standing with a microphone in hand.
I'm out here to address some issues that have been bothering me lately. I like to think I represent hope for all of you pathetic cretins out there, a man who you can believe in to fight with dignity and honour whenever possible. A champion who takes on all comers, for Queen and country.
However, even though I'm undefeated since winning this title, every glorious victory has been tainted by the actions of those who don't appear to let the past be just that...the past. First that harlot Stephanie McMahon took it upon herself to attack me, and just last week her husband Triple H attacked me after our match - after disposing of the Cult, he turned around and hit me with a Pedigree. I thought this was all over at WrestleMania, but apparently that isn't the case.
Here's what I propose we do to rectify this situation. I am not leaving this ring tonight, until I get a proper explanation for all these sneak attacks. I demand to hear your reasoning. If you want a shot at this title, you can have one. Is that all it is, Triple H? Get the hell out here, and explain yourself to me, because I've worked too bloody hard to be disrespected like this!
HHH comes down to the ring with a smirk on his face and a presence of confidence. He grabs the mic and enters the ring.
First of all, Regal, we don't have to explain anything to you. You colluded with Shane to remove Vince from WCWWE forever. Now you just so happen to be around others that have the same goals. We can put two and two together just like the rest of these fans. *cheers*
Next, you are correct. I do have my eyes set on that title of yours... So I have asked Mr McMahon for a match... So here tonight... We will see William Regal taking on me... HHH... for the soon to be renamed United States Championship!!! *CHEERS*
We'll just see about that sunshine. You may have these moronic fans brainwashed, but you can't fool me. What makes you think you're worthy of a title shot anyway?
*shrugs* I don't think this is more of me being worthy... as much as it is you being unworthy. And by the end of the night, we will have remedied that situation.

Speaking of which... why don't we find out who the ref is going to be. *HHH smiles, drops the mic and leaves the ring*
*Stephanie McMahon walks out and stands at the top of the entryway and peers down at William Regal. She is soon joined by Triple H and they stand there together smiling. Regal stands in the ring, looking absolutely stunned, before throwing his microphone down in anger.*
--- Later that night
Triple H comes off the ropes for the Harley Race high knee, but Regal moves and HHH hits Stephanie. He tried to pull out of the move though so he didn't connect properly, meaning she is merely groggy rather than knocked out. HHH attends to her, as Regal reaches into his trunks and pulls out the brass knuckles. He gets them ready and he smashes HHH in the face with them as he turns around. He makes the cover and waits for Stephanie to get up. When she does she sees the cover, but also sees that Regal has the knuckles lying on the outside of the ring. She screams at Regal "NO... CHANCE... IN... HELL!!!!"
Regal gets up out of the cover and into McMahon's face. They start having a full scale argument as HHH starts to come to. HHH spins Regal around and begins blasting him with punches into the corner where he pummels him down.
Just then, RANDY ORTON runs in through the crowd, spins Stephanie around and hits her with the RKO! Orton then approaches HHH and begins to beat on him. He and Regal begin to completely pummel the game. Regal again uses the knuckles on HHH until he is bleeding. He hits the Regal Cutter and then puts him in the Regal Stretch which causes the blood to flow even moreso. Regal pulls back as hard as he can, as Orton watches on. Regal eventually lets go. Orton stands at HHH's head and waits for him to get up. HHH crawls up to his feet using Orton as leverage.
Orton then smiles at HHH and hits the RKO to put him out cold.
Regal makes the cover on HHH, and Orton grabs the still unconscious Stephanie. He pulls Stephanie over and has her count the pin 1-2-3 using his hand to move hers.

Post-match, Orton and Regal stand over the fallen McMahons laid out in the ring.
Stephanie begins to come to. Orton gets a sick smile on his face and stares at her as she clambers to her hands and knees. Orton then hits her with the PUNT KICK! Steph is out cold again as medics suddenly rush into the ring to attend to both McMahons.
All this carnage is interrupted though when....
SMACKDOWN HAS GOT IT'S PIPER BACK!
I'd like to thank you Vince McMahon for not stinking up my show too much while I was gone. But starting next week I will return to being General Manager of Smackdown.
I have a few things that need announced. Firstly at Friday Night's Main Event in June there will be a triple threat women's match to decide the no. 1 contender to our Women's champion Kenny Dykstra at King of the Ring. ECW has chosen their representative. Next week we will find out Smackdown's representative when Beth Phoenix, Jezebel, Mickie James and Gail Kim will face off in a fatal 4 way contest with the winner being Smackdown's representative.
Also at FNME you may remember a few weeks ago Colt Cabana and Jimmy Wang Yang miraculously won the Elimination chase and at Friday Night's Main Event they will face John Morrison & The Miz for their WCWWE Tag Team Titles!
Also at Friday Night's Main Event six WCWWE superstars will face off with the winner receiving a WCWWE championship match at King of the Ring. Smackdown will have tw representatives in that match and they will both be decided next week as R-Truth faces The Cult's Mr. Kenedy and Mark Henry challenges CM Punk. The winners of each match will each take part in this no.1 contenders match at Friday Night's Main Event.
Onto my final piece of business for the night. As you know, just now Randy Orton attacked and beat down his nemesis Triple H. I spoke with Orton's lawyers afterward who informed me that Randy's restraining order against Triple H has expired and therefore there is now no reason at all not to have Triple H face off against Randy Orton. So for one time only at WCWWE's King of the Ring Triple will take on Randy Orton!
*the crowd cheers wildly*

A replay is shown of Orton's interference in the title match on smackdown and the ensuing beatdown on HHH, the forced pinfallm, and the devastating punt to the head on Stephanie McMahon.
During Piper's announcement, cameras show HHH coming to and slipping out from the ring. He reaches under the ring and grabs a sledgehammer and reenters the ring after Piper is done. Orton's back is turned as HHH charges him with the sledgehammer. Regal sees him and warns Orton just in time as the sledgehammer wiffs the air right where Orton's head would be.
Orton and Regal leave the ring. HHH goes to the edge of the ring and throws the sledgehammer at them... missing them completely. He then turns to Stephanie to attend to her. You can see the rage building up inside of him as he realizes that Orton has once again attacked his wife.
He peers back up the ramp at Orton who is looking on. HHH rushes out of the ring, picks up the Sledgehammer and gives chase to Orton. Orton runs.
Orton is shown backstage jumping into a car and speeding off just as HHH gets there. Full rage can be seen on his face and in his eyes...

After a long competitive match Regal goes for the power of the punch on Shawn who ducks, bounces off the ropes and jumps at Regal with a clothesline. Regal tags in MVP who attempts a drive by on Shawn who jumps out of the way and tags in Triple H. H goes to attack MVP but Regal gets in the way and nails Trips with the brass knucks when the ref is distracted. MVP covers HHH

After the match the Cult enter the ring to try to beat up Triple H but he bails, goes under the ring and grabs a sledgehammer. HHH and Shawn slide back into the ring as MVP and Seb Slater jump out the ring and up the ramp. The other try to follow but Trips catches Kane and hits him in the ribs with the sledgehammer as HBK hits SCM on Braddock. HHH swings at Zeke and kennedy who escape and make their way up the ramp. Kane gets up and is met with a Pedigree from The Game as we go to commercial.

Result:
Orton bodyslams John Cena. Randy Orton uses a forearm to the face. Randy Orton uses a forearm to the face. Pin : 1....2..no. The match continues. Fallaway slam by Randy Orton. Cover! 1....2...kick out. Cena counters an avalanche with a raised foot to the face. Orton gets slammed. Hooks the leg : 1....2....shoulder up. Full nelson slam! Orton reverses a John Cena hammerlock. Orton DDTs John Cena. Randy Orton moves in for the kill. RKO!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!!
Triple H runs out to the ring, sledgehammer in hand. He enters the ring and hits Orton with the sledgehammer right in the ribs. Orton slumps the the ground in pain. HHH picks him up and brings his head closer and tells him You brought this on yourself.
Triple H then sets Orton up for the pedigree and plants him in the middle of the ring. Orton is motionless. HHH is peering down at him then turns his head... and looks directly at the sledgehammer. The crowd erupts as he goes over and picks it up.
HHH goes back to Orton, who still lay motionless and sizes up a sledgehammer shot right to his head. Triple H raises the hammer ready to slam it down onto Orton's head when Trips is tackled out of nowhere by Sebastian Slater, bringing him to the ground. Slater is soon joined by Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Braddock who begin to stomp on HHH. MVP takes the sledgehammer and drives it into HHH stomache.
During the commotion... Orton was able to stagger up to his feet and is resting in the corner. The Cult set Triple H up for the Orton punt and beckons him to do so. Orton gets and evil look in his eye and sizes HHH up for the punt. Right as Orton is about to deliver the devastating blow....
Vince McMahon makes his way out to the stage.
Woah Woah. Don't even think about it Randall.
I'm out here to tell you of how the match at KotR is going to go down. Next week Randy Orton and Triple H are both gonna be in action. Not in the same match though. No, no. Next week the two of them will each be in a separate match. If they win, they are going to be able to choose a stipulation to add to their match at King of the Ring.
Randy... If you lay another hand on HHH, you will automatically forfeit your match for next week.

After the match, cameras cut to the entryway. The entire cult makes their way to the ring. Orton and Cena are both still on the ground as the cult enters the ring. As Orton is getting to his feet, MVP is right there to meet him, and they stare at each other for a few minutes. Then they shake hands.
After a few moments, they both charge Cena and begin to beat him down even further. They pick him up and lay him in the corner. Jezebel walks up to him, spits on him, then slaps him in the face, followed almost instantly by MVP drive-by kick. Cena slumps against the ropes as Orton pulls him away and throws him towards Mr. Braddock who lands a vicious Lariat. Kane and Ezekial are now standing over cena, when they both reach down and grab him by his neck and pull him up. They then deliver a devastating double chokeslam. Randy Orton goes viper and waits as the cult collectively help Cena to his feet only to be instantly met by a thunderous RKO.
The entire group looks down at their handy work as Jezebel retrieves a microphone and hands it to Randy Orton.
Triple H... you asked for this... you BEGGED for this match to happen... and so it shall happen...and as mentioned before, this will be the one... and only... match you will get with me.
And as a result of winning this match, I get to choose a stipulation for that match. A stipulation that will obviously benefit me more than it can benefit you. And that stipulation is.... NO HOLDS BARRED... and in case you havent figured it out yet... that means no disqualification...
I'll be able to use whatever I want... whereever I want... and most importantly *looks around at the cult* WHOEVER I want...
And this...*points at Cena* is just a sample of what is in store for you at King of the Ring.

*Crowd cheers as HHH is shown on the titantron in the back heading to the ring…sledgehammer in hand. As he walks down the hall, the cult see him holding the sledgehammer and keep their distance. HHH stares them down and continues on his way. Randy is looking a little worried when…
*Triple H comes out and slowly walks to the ring. About mid way down he starts to run the rest of the way. The moment HHH hits the ring, Orton drops the mic and slips outside the ring on the other side and swings around to the ramp. HHH stares at Randy Orton, then grabs the mic*
Randy... this all started cause you were whining about not being in the main event... about being ignored and not a part of Wrestlemania. You were jealous that Vince and myself were a part of Wrestlemania, but you weren’t. And you could have confronted either of us about it, and no one would have blamed you… but…my wife… Randy, you shoulda known better… you sure as HELL should have known better.
So you got your wish… you got our attention…
…but then you hid… you hid behind lawyers…and doctors. Filing restraining orders on me… Saying that you were not well enough to compete. But I do agree with one thing, you are not well. See, you have a disease… and it’s called COWARDACE… and its running rampant in you… and it has your whole life.

Josh Matthews: That's right Matt, and that's why tonight Randy Orton and Triple H will do battle inside Hell in a Cell. Here's how this match came to be....

End of the match: HHH and Orton continue to trade blows until HHH starts to get the advantage. Orton backs up and bounces off the ropes and tries to clothesline HHH, but he ducks it and hits Orton with a neckbreaker. With Orton down, HHH slips out of the ring and reaches under the ring and pulls out…
…a sledgehammer! As he looks at it, he begins to smile. Orton has now come to and noticed this and slipped out of the ring on the other side. He heads for the cage door. What’s this? Orton had a key to the cage hidden in his trunks!? Orton unlocks the cage and exits. HHH goes after Orton sledgehammer still in hand. Orton tries to keep his distance and buy himself some time by climbing to the top of the cage.
HHH, knowing that he cannot climb the cage with the sledgehammer, drops it and climbs to the top as well. The moment he reaches the top, Orton is there to greet him with a series of punches. HHH gets to his feet and begins to return blows, when all of a sudden Orton ducks a punch, grabs HHH by the head and drops him with a over the back backbreaker.
Orton drags HHH over to the center of the cage and walks over to the corner and waits. As HHH begins to rise, Orton rushes at HHH to deliver a devastating punt to the head when HHH pops up and catches Orton with a spine buster! The crowd erupts… then begins to boo loudly…
At the top of the ramp you see various members of the cult making their way down to the ring. HHH sees this and a look of shock comes across his face. All of a sudden the crowd begins to cheer again! Resistance members rush out and cut the cult’s approach to the ring off. The two sides begin to brawl as they head back to the backstage area. HHH watches this from the top of the cage when all of a sudden Orton hits HHH from behind with a low blow, turning the match back in his favor.
Orton looks around and gets an evil look in his eye. Orton picks HHH up, who can barely stand, then tries to irish whip him off the side of the cage!! But HHH stops himself right at the edge. He turns around to see Orton charging and hits HHH with a spear off the cage!! OMG! Both come crashing down into the announce tables!! The crowd goes nuts!!
They both lay there motionless for a several minutes. Orton is the first to start moving and he starts dragging himself back to the cage door. About the time he reaches the door, HHH begins to stir and slowly makes his way back to the ring as well. Orton stumbles around to the other side of the ring and grabs a steel chair and enters the ring. HHH not seeing this gets in the ring and props himself against the ropes. As Orton gets to his feet with his back turned to HHH, HHH rushes Orton and goes for a Harley Race style knee strike, but Orton turns and hits HHH’s leg with the chair! HHH begins screaming rolling around the ring in pain.
Orton throws the chair down and props himself in the corner and waits to deliver the punt again. As HHH is struggling to get to his feet, Orton charges HHH with the punt… but Orton had left the chair too close to HHH, who was able to reach the chair and meet Orton’s punt with a chair shot.
HHH is the first to his feet, but limping severely. He picks Orton up and drags him to the corner. He grabs Orton like he’s going to suplex him, but instead puts him on the top rope. What’s HHH going to do here?
HHH climbs the rope, and hits Orton in the gut. Triple H puts Orton’s head down between his legs and hooks both of his arms. OMG! Is Triple H going for a top rope Pedigree? Just then Orton breaks his arm free and hits HHH in his bad leg, but HHH fights thru the pain and rehooks the arm and jumps… delivering a pedigree from the top rope!!! HHH slowly drags himself over to Orton and lays a single arm over him...
